I worked nights on the weekends when I was young. It was horrible. I had a lot more sleep paralysis, and excessive sleepiness. I had to go to sleep three times during the day. There really was nothing but the bed and work on the weekends. If you stay on a permanent night schedule I would guess it wouldn't be as bad but I can't say as I've never had that experience.
