I am concerned that your doctor has put you on such a high dose i would query that. I took 100mg twice a day and was awful. I now have it made as a suspension and take about 90mg a day in two separate doses. Its a drug that should be played around with to find out what suites you best. i take a verylow dose for someone who has severe narcolepsy but it seems to work well enough for me.
