I'm really behind on the times; I had to wiki Orexin! I guess that's an easier and more pleasant-sounding word to remember than hypocretin.

If they're still testing this stuff as a spray--ten years after the hypocretin/narcolepsy link was first discovered--then I am not terribly optimistic we will see it soon.

Let's place bets: We'll see it no earlier than 2020.
