Sandman,

I read with interest your account of a patient that described people that gathered around his bed while he was sleeping.

I can't remember when people srarted gathering around my bed, but it continued for about 40 years. For the most part , these people were benign. Some times though, they were menacing and hostile.

I began taking Xyrem about 4 yeaqrs ago. I don't recall seeing them since.

What are your thoughts?
