Ask your doc about Xyrem. I have N with C. Xyrem has all but rid me of C. It also helps the daytime sleep problem.

As you know, the depression will feed on itself. Try not to focus on the N. You will find yourself blamming it for everything.

Be patient with your meds. You may want to try some other drug.
