My doc is a pulmonary specialist. Apnea, COPD, and a range of breathing disorders is what he treats. He also is a big star in sleeping disorders.
Neuro's were the early pioneers in N. But like pulmonary docs, they won't make a living treating N. I would go to the doc that is associated with the sleep clinic.
It is one thing to get a test. It is another to get a test where they test and diagnose.
