Narcolepsy comes to life when the action slows and one's attention should be focused.

A PWN is not fully awake. Narcolepsy can seem like living in a fog.

Except for close friends and family, I would rather people not know I have narcolepsy. Even in a PC world, narcolepsy seems to be last safe brunt of jokes.

I am sure your friend appreciates concern.
