I'm finally taking the plunge. This is my first online posting. I don't even do facebook or twitter! I'm 53 and have had N all my life. It was well treated with ritalin and lifestyle modification. Two yrs ago I got lupus which is as severe as my N. They war with each other. Lupus meds have necessitated quitting the ritalin; still experimenting, now on provigil. Increased N symptoms of EDS and C. N prevents lupus meds from having full effectiveness and I'm maxed out on the dosages. I started xyrem 2 wks ago and am really struggling with it. Will post xyrem ?'s separately so it will appear in the posting name. Oh, I chose this site after searching xyrem help sites for 2 days. The members here just seem much more helpful to one another than on other sites. This is a big step 4 me. I'm not a person who normally shares issues publicly, but I need the type of help that only other narcos can give. :)
