I have had N all my life. Have taken meds since I was 23 yrs. I
took ritalin for 22 yrs and had no side effects at all, but I was
still tired every day. I describe it to people by saying the
stimulants don't treat the N, they just work alongside it helping
you stay away while you have it. The only reason I quit ritalin is
because I now have lupus and the meds conflict. My dr was
always good about giving me enough ritalin in varying doses so
I could experiement with the right dose and schedule. It will
continue to change throughout your life. I didn't do well on
Vyvanse and Nuvigil but Provigil is working well for me. Hope
