Faith, You may very well have N, but as the others said, it could
be due to something else. You definitely need to see a doc, but I
would wait until you get insurance. It's a pre-existing condition
if the symptoms are part of your medical record. If you haven't
seen a doctor prior to getting insurance it is not pre-existing.
At least that's what I think - certainly not an expert. But when I
got long term care a few years ago, I had just started telling my
PCP about arthritis symptoms so they became part of the
equation. I got the insurance, but at a more expensive rate.
