One suze fits all does not apply to docs. You must be going to the only doc in town. I live in a big city. I have a big medical problem. My many docs do not stick their necks out past their stated speciality. I can't even get one pass judgement on a simple skin disorder. They know better.

I would expect a DO to come to the same conclusion as your doc.

N is a complicated disorder. A good doc would pass you on to one that knows the disorder. Get out of this docs orbit and find one that knows his stuff.

Go to a sleep clinic that not only test for N , but treats it as well.
