At first, I made locals. I got the hang of service and repair of small systems. I graduated to the large to the industrial ammonia systems and never looked back.
This trade allows plenty of in between time for short naps.
After 2 years, I was working in the third world maintaining large icemaking systems and hotel air systems.
When one gets settled on large jobs, it is easy to scedual short nap times.
Find a trade that has preditible downtime.
