Although nobody can say for sure without testing, this does sound very similar to what I experienced before diagnosis. Of course, a lot of the symptoms overlap with other diagnosises, but getting an accureate diagnosis or at least ruling some things out is the first step to getting better.

I encourage you to talk with your doctor about a sleep study. Everything that you mention in your posting resonates with me as a PWN.
