Sounds like extreme sleep deprivation. It could be caused by many factors. Your symptoms don't fit N very well, however, since you are having so much difficulty with fatigue you should have a consult with a sleep specialist in your area.

They will have access to your entire medical history, meds you are currently on, etc. and will be able to make a good diagnosis.
