Be of good cheer...Your daughter never left you .She is most-likely as confused as you are about this situation. Since, as you say, this is a "new case" of narcolepsy you can be sure that it will take a few months before you discover the right combination of medications that will restore her to her former self. In the meantime just keep your loving arms around her and assure her that you are there for her and that between the two of you ,you will work thru this thing ! Most of us have been thru this very same thing and know that you, with a little help from above, will be just fine!
