I don't know about mood swings in "most people" on Provigil. I know for me the best thing about the drug is the absence of the intense mood swings I had on the three stimulants I was on at different times before Provigil--I just feel like a normally alert person, though I will admit that it is hard for me to want to go to bed at an appropriate time.
