Re sinus problems, same here. I've had narcolepsy for about 30 yrs., and have had sinus problems for about the same length of time. I've lived in the midwest, in Colorado, and now in the Pacific NW and it's been a problem everywhere. Perhaps I'll look into the nasal procedure you mentioned.
