Phillip,
I have been diagnosed with depression as far back as 20 years ago. However this sympton came and went a few times. Since diagnosis of narc, I struggle with depression all of the time. I have EDS, sometimes short 5 to 15 minute naps relieve it, sometimes not. I try to stay awake as long as possible, if nothing else just moving around or going outside for a minute or two. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. I wonder if our Meds to keep us awake, add to our depression.
I can't seem to get regulated and I am still working with my doctor trying different combo's
of stimulants. Hope this helps.
