Merrill,

As posted before, I suspicion, that I may have both also. I have tried cylert, and it did not work for me. I had no relief from EDS, and impaired my memory tremendously! I am trying to keep a regular schedule of napping, but some nights I am awake with the narc, and other sleeping disorders, and the next day I feel terrible! Can't hardly function, and need to sleep instead of nap, as the meds don't pull me out of it. On the days when I have appropriate sleep the night before, the meds keep me from long naps, but I still have EDS, just not as drastic, however I still will go into dream state. I will be trying new meds again as soon as the results of a cardiac stress test is back.
Just wanted you to know someone is experiencing a somewhat different pattern also.
