Karen, I couldn't sleep AT ALL the first night on Provigil! I cut my dosage in half which worked for a short time & continued to increase until I found my best dosage.
Expect some spaciness in the afternoons, maybe a few headaches and you will adjust to the dosage. Reminder - this is a Non Narcotic - so no drug holidays! This would mess up your system. This is a cumulative drug.
