GHB NEWS ?

I was at reuters looking for news on narcolepsy the other day and was left with the impression that on dec 1,1999 congress passed the bill makeing GHB schedule III drug for treatment of narcolepsy ( as soon as fda gives final approval) but I am not a reuters member so could not get details
