Karen --

I've lost weight too, more do to an increased activity level and a cranky gall bladder than drugs.I notice that I'm hungrier when I don't take the Provigil.

Drink a lot of water. (I buy those little eight oz water bottles to remind me to drink, then refill that up every hour at work.) I noticed that my energy level went up too. ( It keeps Mr Gallbladder quiet too).

So far I've lost thirteen pounds, but I completely changed my diet to lots of fruits, veggies, fiber, no fat, few refined carbohydrates, and lots of water. I just have more energy to take care of myself better, invest the time to take good care of yourself -- you will get double the time back in energy level.

Sorry I've rambeled on, again....

Good luck with the Provigil,

Emma
