John, I take 400 MG Provigil AM 250Mg WelbutrinSr AM (that is Antidepressant) Ritalin 20 mg AM and I am ready for a nap by 1:00... I get up about 9:00 usually, unless it is on a weird no sleep night... I take another 200 mg of Provigil and 75 Mg of Welbutrin (not Sr) and another Ritilin in the afternoon... I take the provigil before the nap.. and the other two after the nap... This is quite a bit of antidepressants.. I also nap a small nap (15 min) in evening. I see a counselor every 2 weeks... that helps... I was put on Prozac at the onset of the symptoms worsening prior to diagnosis of narc...and boy was that the wrong antidepressant for me!!! Depression got alot worse... some can take it some can't.. But if you start to get weird symptoms..( have someone look up the side affects).. then talk to your doc right away.
Hope this helps... Everyone is different Good Luck
