You say disability is hard to get at our ages, mind if I ask your age? I'm 31, and was just diagnosed in November. But am starting to figure out I've had N for a long time. For years, it was covered up with drugs (legal and not-so-legal) & alcohol. Once I straightened out, and figured out that I wasn't just zonked from all the chemicals, I started wondering if there was something else goin' on. I too have been very grateful for the support and understanding of the folks on this site :) I've heard Adderall works really well on kids with ADHD. If my Ritalin doesn't start working better soon, I may ask about the Adderall myself. Keep us posted on how its working for you.
