What to put in a presentation

I am thinkig about volunteering to do a presentation on narcolepsy at our church's Wednesday night program.

I had thought about including stuff about the symptoms, the treatment, the incidence, some on possible causes. Anybody have any ideas, advice, etc.? The presentation should be about 20-25 mins. long.
