Merril, Neat idea... what about using some of the dialog from the forum without names... the bulk of us are so glad to find this site.. To be validated, and to be able to ask and discuss day to day problems with this disorder. As an example I find I always feel I must defend myself as to why I have to go take a nap, or not drive because it is a bad afternoon, or what about just trying to cope with being spaced out. Or when we have really bad nights and are expected to function normal the next day, because "everyone has bad sleeping nights, or don't get enough sleep, they have no idea how rude that is and how upsetting it is because they don't really understand. Another one is "You don't look sick" on and on...Maybe just sharing some of our postings would be a very keen insight for others. Good Luck! And let us know how it went... Donna
