Julie,
I haven't turned over my mattress, due to the fact that we have a pillow top. It also is a really good mattress. So, I am not sure that it is necessarily the mattress, but I read somewhere that a waterbed can help on joint pressure and things. It only made mine worse, but I can only speak from my experiences. I am glad that I am not the only person who has these odd muscle problems often. Its almost too odd to be coincidence that I never started having muscle problems until I noticed cataplexy setting in. If you find out from your doctor, let me know what he said ok? Thanks, Reatha
