I also have heard that yoga is good. I do body flex, which is aerobic exercise and also deep breathing. This seems to help tense and tired muscles too. I have noticed improvement since starting this program. Hope your foot injury is healing ok. Keep up the yoga. I know it is very good for mind and for body. Thanks for responding. Reatha
