Intresting idea, I've heard of identical twins with only one becoming narcoleptic. Maybe there is some outside factor that triggers the expression of the gene?

I think as a bunch Narcoleptics have a much more delicate (for lack of a better term) nervous system. I can't handle stress worth a damn that is for sure.
