This is pretty interesting. I wish I could find the posting by Ms. Valencia, I believe in the forum #3. Her take was just the opposite. I had mentioned that the three antidepressants I had tried all made me extremely depressed, and that under normal conditions depression wasn't something I struggle with. She claimed that many N.s had the same reaction. That because we dream so much, we sort out our dilemmas more that "normal" people. N's, as I understood her, may struggle with social isolation, and other things which discourage us, but that that is different than clinical depression. That by suppressing our dream time antidepressants are counter productive. Go figure, who knows. All I know is that sometimes, I'd give anything for an hour of oblivion. I remember one time a co-worker told me she never remembers dreaming, I thought she was joking, I didn't know it was possible.
