I switched from Ritalin to 200mg Provigil on Dec. 23rd. So far, I have noticed a few headaches which I am attributing to my sinuse. Also, my mouth seems to be a bit drier than usual in the morning. However, this just could be due to rapid changes in the Minnesota winter. One day it's 15 degrees F with low humidity and twenty four hours later it's a record 50 degrees or so.

I am going to see if I can't get my Provigil dosage increased to 400 mg and give it at least another month. At 200mg dosage and for this short period of time, I don't seem to have any annoying side effects. Don't have the same energy level I had with Ritalin. Perhaps at a higher dosage and longer period of usage some effects may become more pronounced.
