Green Tea vs. Coffee

Posted by Tamaddonc on December 30, 1999 at 21:11:15:

I have always been a big coffee drinker, and I do just love the taste of it (I average about 4-5 cups a day mostly in the am). But I have seen blurbs about how it somehow can hinder my dealing with EDS.

I have also recently read of the numerous effects of green tea, in addition to the same "stimulation" as coffee, plus being milder.

Has anyone switched from coffee to green tea, or drink green tea instead of coffee?

Can someone explain why coffee can be a hindrance to EDS treatment?
Thank you
