Hi. No changes in smell of urine that I've detected but definitely dry mouth and increased thirst--I seem to have a constant need to have a water bottle handy since I started on Provigil 9 months ago. Also, kudos to your sleep doc for giving credence to our reports here on the forum and for not just dismissing your complaint because it's not a common side effect!
