Call your local Social Security Vocational Rehabilitation Office. They gave me lots of paperwork on this, it is good that you are working, as they cannot fire you and have to provide accommodations for your disability. However, if you try to find a new job, it has been my experience in the past that they have a way of wording their questions as to avoid anyone with a disability. Is there any reason why you cannot perform this job efficiently? Is one of them. And then you have to ask for accommodations, and you don't get hired.
