Is this available over the counter? What exactly is this? I am most interested in what it is, and where you obtained it. Provigil worked for me and I was only napping two and occassionaly three a day. I recently have been having much more problems with sleeping at night. Some due to stress. But I quit taking the PM dosage a few days ago, and now I am sleeping better. I Still have waking from dreams and jerking and breathing problem, but I am sleeping for longer periods of time. However I am still sleepy in the day, but I was before I reduced the dosage. Yesterday I slept off and on most of the afternoon for about 3 hours, and then I was in bed at 10:00 pm and couldn't hardly get up this AM. I am tired and awake, and feeling numb. I would like to get off of this roller coaster ride the medications seem to be giving.
