Glad you had such a productive Dr. visit and such a good night's sleep! Sounds like you're on the way back up!

Its always tricky when we have to teach our doctors things, but if it is done right, without insult, the results are a team effort for your own better health.

I believe that doctors are medical experts that we hire as consultants, but that we must manage our health ourselves.
