I've been searching for someone who beleives there is more to narcolepsy than it being just a medical disorder. I strongly believe there is more to these experiences. Epilepsy(or seizures), for shamans and indigenous healers, is known to occur when they contact the spiritual world for healing. So why can't narcolepsy have a connection too? I also have seizures quite often. When I was about 15 I had my first seizure which was non-intentionally induced. My friends that were present said while I was unconscious I had the biggest smile on my face they had ever seen. This happened right after my father passed away, whom I was very close to. Although I don't remember what was going on when I had the seizure, there's a part of me that beleives I was with my father. All of my unusual dreams or what people tell me are dreams have occured in the house my father passed away in. I know I feel his presence sometimes and so have a few of my friends. I'll try to give you some better stories. The others were frightening. It's not that I don't want to talk about them. One lasted about (or what seemed to have lasted) about four hours, so it would take me a while to remember and describe all the details. Keep me updated on the book. I would like to talk some more, so keep in touch.

Kelly
