I also have the problem of my body temperature lowering after I eat and have seen a direct connection with my sleeping and the times when my temp.lowers.While trying to find out what was wrong with me over the past few years I have said those words to the many doctors I have seen " I get very cold and feel like I am going into hybernation" I have noticed though that I often wake up sweating! does any one else notice that???
I have spent some time researching something called Wilsons Syndrome-NOT Wilsons disease and its main symptom is low body temp...they have a good web site wilsons syndrome.com.I get so cold right before I have a sleep attack that my finger nails turn blue and I have to get under several blankets to warm up-maybe that is why i wake up sweating......
