Phillip< I just wanted to tell you that all the charges were dropped w/o prejudice. I guess they can bring them up again, or do you think they will wait and see if I get pulled over for another traffic infraction? I know some people do not think that narcoleptics should drive, but I htink if your taking your medication, and are in tuned with your narcolepsy, which means constantly being aware of your driving and narcolepsy, and don't let your mind wander from the task of driving, that you can drive. You must be acutely aware of your limitations and signs and symptoms of a sleep attack and pull off the road if oyu think that one may occur, Also making sure you are properly medicated. I'm so much more aware of sleep attack signs than I when I was younger, I was lucky more than my share.
