Linda -

My Doc had me take 200 mg in the morning for 3 days, then bumped me up to 400 mg in the morning.

The 1st 400 mg day, I felt horrible all day, and did not fall asleep until 5:00 the next morning, only to wake up at 7:30 and feel wide awake (but horrible).

So I went back to 200 mg in the morning, but I still had the afternoon "haze". So I asked my Doc about splitting my dose. I now take 1/2 of a 200 mg in the morning, and the other 1/2 around noon. Works perfect for me!

Good Luck,

Angi
