Donna,

That is exorbitantly high for Provigil. I am taking 200mg a day and a month's supply cost me $106 a month. I don't have insurance that covers it so I have to pay out of pocket. I get my supply from the local grocer's pharmacy.

I recently just went on Provigil after being on 40mg of Dexedrine and 1.2 mg of Clonadine. The Provigil has little or no side efeects for me and, so far, it keeps me awake, although I did have one drowzy period today when I took a light nap and woke refreshed. So far it seems like it will be a Godsend for me. I had to retire a year ago at 47 because I kept falling asleep at work. For $106 a month, I may be able to return to work. That doesn't seem to me a bad deal.
