Dance Music Wakes Me Up 120bmp+

Posted by John D. Lyle on March 19, 2000 at 08:34:44:

I find that if I listen to "Modern Dance Music", that is music that has a repetitive beat of 120bmp+, it wakes me up somewhat.
I think that this type of music is called "Trance". It has that distinctive "Bang!, Bang!, Bang!, Bang!" rythym. My Grandfather calls it "twitching" music.
I've got it playing now at reasonable volume, because today, so far I've done very little (been somulating in the chair most of the day)& needed to get some house-work done. It REALLY works, it's allmost like my brain goes into the rythym & I work to the beat.
