I don't know about 120bmp but I do know that 'dance music' is a great motivator for me. I can't sit still and also use it to get 'housework'etc. done. It seems to have an energizing effect. Perhaps I should turn it on more often, judging by the look of my house! The only problem is getting myself moving to actually turn it on!!!
