Insensitive employer to ADA

Hello All,
Thanks for all your support in the past. I am having difficulties making my supervisor & HR department understand the problems associateed with people with narcolepsy. I received a disciplinary warning for a nacrolepsy related symptom, how do I convince/fight employer to make reasonable accomodations mandated by ADA?
