common vivid dreams, lucidity, spiritual experiences

Very excited to find this forum! Would like contact with other narcoleptics, interested in research of common, vivid dream themes, lucid dreams, spiritual experiences, etc. I was first diagnosed in a dream, later confirmed by an endicrinologist. I also have cataplexy. Symptoms have lessened significantly since 1982. No meds. I was on Ritalin for one year, but it made me feel like a zombie. My mother (had narcolepsy symptoms, never diagnosed) and committed suicide in 1980. I started having vivid symptoms via "hallucinations" and thought I was going crazy aproximately two years after her death. I've been researching a book on narcolepsy for many years, but lost touch with the American Narcolepsy Association after they moved or disbanded. Without internet access before, I thought I was alone or one of a few re. vivid dreams, lucid dreams, altered states of consciousness. Would value similar experiences for inclusion in my book, tentative title:The Dreamer Awakens: Healing Narcolepsy holistically.
