My EDS episodes last anywhere from a few seconds to 15 minutes or so, depending on the intensity of the attack. Have never been able to get a handle on what the intensity is related to.

Although I was diagnosed about 5 years ago, looking back I began having EDS symtoms in my mid- to late- teens.
