Sounds like you have THE symptoms, too. I agree with John and Donna that you should get yourself checked out as well -- perhaps other tests in additon to the blood test (which is basically just a quick & dirty screening at best and IN NO WAY diagnostic by iteslf).

Re: feeling like you never get enough sleep -- Yep, that's one of my EDS symptoms. Also a generally low energy level.
