Control of Sleep and Body Temperature, Harvard U. Study

Posted by Jen on March 20, 2000 at 14:58:27:

This article was interesting, and brought a question to mind...

http://www.med.harvard.edu/publications/On_The_Brain/Volume4/Number4/Sleep.html

could there be a connection, then of an excessive need for sleep and a lower body temperature? My temperature is usually around 97.4 instead of 98.6 (Fahrenheit) but this has always been attributed to my hypothyroidism.

Could there be a connection?

Jen
