I just found this site too. I am currently taking 400mg. of Provigil per day. I had previously been on Ritlin. Unfortunatly even at high doses it wasn't enough to let me return to work. After 4 years of being on medical, mood swings, and quality time with my husband and children I am relieved to say that Provigil has DEFINATELY worked for me. As for dry mouth I haven't noticed any difference personally.
