I hope you have been having heart and blood toxicity testing. Those dosages seem quite high.
I know when my Dr. tried to increase me from 200 to 400 he had a heck of a time with the insurance Co. not wanting to cover it. Evidently Ritalin, Cylert etc. ARE CHEAPER for them to cover. Each individual is different in their tolerance to each particular medication but I can't imagine that on the dosage you have been taking that there wouldn't be adverse effects to your heart, kidneys or something. I recently started working an earlier start time (not my idea) and I have noticed that the 400mg dosage just isn't keeping up any more so I have to set up an appointment with the doc and see what I can do about it.
